"Seeing this smile makes everything worthwhile!" Wang, a woman from Taipei, owns a 13-year-old dog named "Black Bear" who has been afraid of motorcycles since puppyhood, preventing Wang from taking the dog out on rides. In July, she discovered a motorcycle-specific dog carrier backpack and decided to help out at her parents' guesthouse for two weeks, trading her labor to earn money for the backpack. Finally able to take Black Bear out riding, the dog is beaming with joy.
Wang explained that because "Black Bear" has been scared of motorcycles since he was young, she—a motorcyclist herself—has never been able to take the dog out. Over a month ago, she spotted a motorcycle-specific dog carrier and was immediately interested. However, at nearly 4,000 NT$, she couldn't bring herself to buy it outright. So she sweet-talked her parents and went to work at their guesthouse in Hualien to earn the money for the backpack. Since they hadn't seen Black Bear in a long time, her parents agreed to give the backpack as a birthday gift for the dog.

After getting the backpack, Wang excitedly strapped the dog onto her back and rode around on the motorcycle. "Black Bear" was grinning from ear to ear, looking absolutely happy, having overcome his fear of motorcycles. Wang exclaimed, "Everything was worth it—I'd pay double!" Many netizens commented on the photos saying "The dog's smile is so cute!", "They're so lucky~both the owner and Black Bear have such adorable smiles", and "Black Bear looks way too happy!"
Wang shared that Black Bear was a tiny puppy she spotted on her way to school in her second year of high school. Feeling sorry for the puppy wandering alone, she brought him to school with her. When she mentioned bringing the dog home after school, her mom scolded her, saying "If you bring that dog home, don't even think about stepping foot in this house!!" Wang quickly called her dad for help, and with his support, she successfully adopted Black Bear. Eventually, her mom ended up doting on Black Bear just as much.
