Do you remember her? Back in late March, this black puppy 'Little Bear Sister' had been wandering outside for a long time, with a loving mom coming by scooter every day to feed her. When she heard the vehicle sound, thinking it was a volunteer arriving, she excitedly ran out to greet them but was accidentally run over by a car, causing her lower body to become nerve-paralyzed and she could only crawl with her front paws, which was heartbreaking. Now, after 3 months of careful treatment by her loving mom, she has completely recovered—absolutely touching!

In the remote Dalinpu area of Xiaogang District, Kaohsiung, sparsely populated with few residents, the lively 'Little Bear Sister' was abandoned there. Three loving moms would come feed her daily. Unexpectedly, on March 25th, they discovered the puppy's lower body was paralyzed. The loving mom explained that Little Bear Sister's entire family was very afraid of people and hid deep in the forest, not daring to come out to forage. Only Little Bear Sister was brave enough to trust humans and come out to eat.

However, it appears Little Bear Sister was run over by a vehicle of someone who had dumped dogs there. She likely heard the car sound and thought her loving mom was coming to feed her, accidentally getting hit. At the time, her nerves were numb and she couldn't walk normally. Although the vet found her bones weren't misaligned, her spinal nerves were injured, causing loss of bladder and bowel control and incontinence.
The loving mom subsequently brought Little Bear Sister home and, besides medication, started acupuncture treatment the next day. Initially, sessions were intensive—every two to three days. After two weeks, Little Bear Sister's hind legs began to have some strength and she wanted to support herself. So they continued the acupuncture treatment, massaging her hind legs daily, gradually increasing the time she could support herself. Watching the puppy progress from half-paralyzed to improving, the loving mom was deeply moved.

Later, the loving mom also adopted another dog named 'Jin Cai,' who played with Little Bear Sister every day. Bear Sister became more lively and active, which seemed to help her recovery. Before long, she could support her hind legs and attempt to walk. The incontinence caused by the accident also improved. After more than 3 months of careful care, Little Bear Sister not only recovered her health but also grew considerably. She can even climb onto the couch by herself to act cute with her loving mom. When she hears her mom call, she wags her tongue and shows an adorable smile. She has left behind her life as a stray and made a new friend.
